Report on Unfinished Estates

Hopefully, there will be positive action following the release of this report.   People who pay hard earned money for their homes deserve appropriate and safe and aestethically pleasing environment and the issue of unfinished estates has caused a long of anxiety to residents.

Mr. Willie Penrose, Minister for Housing and Planning, will publish the final report of the Advisory Group on Unfinished Housing Developments.

The report sets out a road map in dealing with unfinished developments.

The launch will take place in the Ministers’ conference room, Custom House, Dublin 1, tomorrow Thursday 9th June at 11:40Hrs.
