A Policy Group meeting will be held at 2.00pm on 13th May 2013 to discuss a report that has been completed on the 3rd Public Consultation for the DLUTS Project which took place over 2 days in the Rochestown Park Hotel on 29th & 30th January 2013. Following the exhibition, over 140 submissions were received on the Draft final report.
As a result of the submissions received, the project team has revisited various sections of the draft report and has made some significant concessions and alterations to the proposals set out in the Draft Final Report. This meeting will present the details of the submissions received, responses to the issues raised and will outline the subsequent changes which have resulted.
It is proposed to allow the members reflect on the detail presented at this meeting and reconvene on Mon 10th June.
