Anyone out there have a contact name and number for Divisional or Regional Managers working in the South. I have contacted Eircom via email trying to resolve an issue with this entity, I did receive some replies via email and a phone call promising some action outlined which would be undertaken and then no follow up. I again tried to contact the business section to find out what was happening and received an email indicating that the customer service would reply but to date no response….. this is a run a round and not acceptable. The constituent had already being in touch with them and while the at a local level there was a good response unfortunately the issue can only be resolved at a higher level. It is in everyone’s interests to come together in order that my constituent can get a reasonable outcome. So if anyone can supply a number I would be very appreciative.
