Cork Volunteer Centre will be running a Volunteer Management Training Course over two days, February 24th and March 2nd in our office at 13 North Main Street, Cork City. The course consists of four modules:
Module 1: Planning for Volunteer Involvement
Module 2: Volunteer Recruitment and Selection
Module 3: Day-to-day Management of Volunteers
Module 4: Designing a Policy for Volunteer Involvement
Attendance on both days is required for successful completion of the course. All participants who complete the course will receive a certificate.
Places are limited to 15 participants per course and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We anticipate demand for this course will be high, therefore, only one participant per organisation can be accommodated at this time. Thus we will operate a waiting list system in the event of cancellations.

A place on the course can only be confirmed once payment has been received, and a waiting list system will operate for those unable to secure a place at this session.
