Notice of Order Extinguishing a Public Right of Way

Council has today published Notice of Order Extinguishing the Public Right of Way at Bernie Spillane’s Laneway, Togher. Length of Laneway 258linear metres. Members of the public can object or otherwish make their view know by contact the council.

A copy of the map indicating the public right-of-way has been deposited at Floor 5, County Hall, Corkand Area Engineer’s Office, Church Road, Carrigaline, Co. Cork, and may be inspected there during normal office hours for the period from Friday, 17^th February 2012 to Tuesday 20^th March 2012.

Any objection to, or representation regarding the said Order should be made in writing to Cork County Council Roads Department, Courthouse, Skibbereen, Co. Cork, on or before Wednesday 4^th April 2012.  The Act provides that if there is an objection to, or representation made regarding the Order and the objections or representations are not withdrawn, the persons making such objection or representation may request in writing, to state their case at an Oral Hearing conducted by a person appointed by the Local Authority .
